Returns & Exchanges
While we know you know what you want, sometimes what you want and what you ordered isn’t really what you thought you wanted in the first place. Make sense? What we are trying to say is that if you are not happy, simply return the product in perfect condition and we will process the return for you when it is received. Please take a minute though to send us an e-mail explaining what went wrong.
If when you get your package the item is broken. Please, stop, take a breath, save all packing material and contact us. Everything we ship is fully insured but UPS may want to check things out. Recycling is great but don’t get too crazy with clearing stuff out too soon. If you toss the packing stuff and UPS wants to take a peak you may be “up a crick with no paddle” as grandma used to say.
Shipping & Handling
We want you to have your goodies as soon as possible so that you can enjoy them, love them and tell everyone about them. Every order is given the same tendering loving care and is shipped out within 48 hours. Most leave us on their way to you within 24 hours. If we run across something strange, we will let you know about it ASAP. That’s a promise!
Sales Tax
Items shipped within the state of California will be charged 8.75% sales tax. Items shipped outside of California are not charged sale tax.

When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.
We encourage you to sign-up for our e-mailing list. These letters provide you with advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related events. But, of course, you have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time.

Your credit card is completely safe.
